"San Mateo apartments are a good place to live. We moved here about a year ago and have been more then welcomed by the staff, and residents. I have even won a free T.V from the front office. The maintenance team is great also. They are there to help with any issues, big or small. I would recommend these apartments to anyone."

"It's been about 2 1/2 years since moving to San Mateo, and I can't recommend these apartments enough! The maintenance repairs are speedy, the community grounds are tidy, and everyone is so friendly. This has been the only apartment complex since moving to Texas 7 years ago that has made me feel at home. Not to mention, it is surrounded by several beautiful hiking trails and a straight shot to the Alamo Quarry Marketplace. This complex is honestly a gem and I don't see myself moving out anytime soon."
